Join NovaCart, a premium e-commerce platform redefining online shopping. We are seeking a data-driven E-commerce Growth Manager to lead revenue growth across web, mobile, and marketplaces. You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to craft experiences that convert more visitors into loyal customers. Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across website, mobile app, and marketplaces to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, A/B testing, and analytics to continuously improve the customer journey.
- Own the P&L for online channels, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting to leadership.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Tech teams to launch features that enhance discovery, personalization, and checkout experience.
- Manage SEO/SEM budgets and campaigns across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms to scale qualified traffic.
- Build and mentor a high-performance e-commerce team; hire, train, and develop talent across analytics, marketing, and merchandising.
- Oversee merchandising, catalog optimization, pricing strategies, and product storytelling to maximize average order value.
- Champion a customer-centric culture, leveraging data to drive personalization, loyalty programs, and retention initiatives.
Qualification
- 5+ years in e-commerce growth, performance marketing, or digital commerce with a proven track record of revenue and conversion improvements.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, CRO, analytics (GA4, BigQuery), and data visualization tools.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus, Magento, or similar) and a solid technical understanding of web architecture.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data-driven decision making; ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent program management and cross-functional collaboration skills; proven leadership experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities; customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on scalable processes and impact.
