AuroraCart Solutions is seeking an E-commerce Growth Manager to lead revenue expansion for our fast-growing online brand. You will own the growth strategy across channels, optimize funnel performance, and collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to scale revenue.
In this role, you will chart a data-driven plan, run experiments, manage merchandising and pricing, and build high-impact campaigns across Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces. Hybrid work in San Francisco with competitive compensation and equity awaits.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end e-commerce growth initiatives across marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart) and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Define and optimize key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, and conversion rate.
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing to optimize storefronts and user experience.
- Own merchandising strategy, pricing, promotions, catalog management, and search optimization.
- Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns; manage budgets and forecast revenue.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation; ensure robust analytics tracking (GA4, Pixel).
- Partner with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize inventory and fulfillment for peak seasons.
- Build and manage cross-functional roadmaps, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field; 5+ years in e-commerce or digital growth.
- Proven track record of driving online revenue through multi-channel strategies, CRO, SEO, and paid media.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (plus), Amazon Seller Central, and other marketplaces; strong product merchandising skills.
- Advanced analytics skills (GA4, SQL, Looker/Tableau) and data-driven decision making.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication; comfortable leading through influence.
- Experience with international expansion, localization, and currency pricing.
- Familiarity with supply chain, inventory planning, and order fulfillment optimization.
