NovaCart is a fast-growing e-commerce brand redefining how customers shop online. We are seeking a data-driven E-commerce Growth Manager to lead multi-channel growth initiatives across our own store and marketplaces. This role blends marketing, product, and analytics to optimize funnel performance and drive revenue.
In this role you will own strategy, experimentation, and optimization across the customer journey, from discovery to retention, partnering with merchandising, content, paid media, and tech teams.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end e-commerce growth initiatives across our store and marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
- Plan and execute CRO experiments, A/B tests, and personalization strategies to improve conversion and average order value (AOV).
- Develop multi-channel acquisition plans combining paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and affiliate channels.
- Own analytics and KPI reporting; deliver weekly dashboards and performance reviews to leadership.
- Collaborate with product, merchandising, and content teams to optimize catalog, pricing, and promotions.
- Oversee customer retention programs, lifecycle marketing, and lifetime value (LTV) optimization.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional projects to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce growth, digital marketing, or product management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento; familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, eBay) a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in GA4, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Proven track record of CRO, A/B testing, and optimization of multi-channel funnels.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
