NovaCart is a fast growing e commerce platform powering modern brands to scale online sales. We are seeking an E-commerce Growth Marketing Lead to own end to end customer acquisition, conversion optimization and on site experience across our portfolio of online stores. If you are data driven, creative, and excited by the challenge of turning traffic into loyal customers, this role is for you. In this role you will partner with product, merchandising and analytics to craft scalable strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer experience.
Responsibility
- Own end to end e commerce marketing strategy across paid, organic and on site channels to drive revenue and profitable growth
- Lead A/B testing program to optimize landing pages product pages and checkout flows for higher conversion
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads Facebook/Instagram TikTok and emerging channels
- Collaborate with Product and Merchandising to optimize catalog pages and search experiences for ranking and conversion
- Design and analyze funnel metrics identify gaps and implement data driven improvements
- Develop and execute retention and onboarding programs to increase lifetime value
- Own reporting cadence and dashboards for leadership with actionable insights and recommendations
- Mentor junior team members and build scalable playbooks
Qualification
- 5-8 years in e commerce marketing growth with a proven track record of revenue impact
- Strong expertise in SEO CRO paid media and analytics
- Hands on experience with Shopify or Magento and CMS platforms
- Proficient in data analysis using Excel SQL or BI tools and Google Analytics 4
- Excellent communication project management and cross functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment and manage multiple projects
