Join a fast-growing e-commerce brand shaping the future of online shopping. We’re seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to oversee paid and organic acquisition, optimize conversion funnel, and elevate our product merchandising across markets.
What you’ll do: lead strategy and execution across channels to accelerate revenue growth and improve customer lifecycle.
Responsibility
- Drive multi-channel growth strategy for our online store, including SEO, PPC, email, and social
- Own funnel optimization from visitor to customer, increasing conversion rate and average order value
- Plan and execute A/B tests and CRO experiments with measurable impact
- Coordinate product merchandising, category assortment, and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with product, design, and tech teams to improve site performance
- Analyze performance data, deliver dashboards, and present actionable insights
- Plan quarterly budget, forecasts, and ROI for marketing initiatives
- Lead cross-functional projects to scale internationally
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years in e-commerce growth, performance marketing, or product marketing
- Strong SEO, SEM, and CRO knowledge with hands-on experience
- Proven track record in improving conversion rates and revenue
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Looker, SQL is a plus)
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Fluency in English; German language skills a plus
- Self-motivated with strong project management and prioritization
