Join Aurora Commerce, a fast-growing e-commerce platform powering delightful online shopping experiences for millions of customers. We’re seeking a data-driven E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager to own and accelerate top-line growth across channels.
In this role, you’ll own strategy and execution for SEO, paid media, and conversion optimization, partner with product, merchandising, and analytics teams, and relentlessly test and optimize to improve revenue and margins.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end growth strategies across organic and paid channels to meet revenue targets.
- Lead SEO strategy and on-site optimization to boost organic visibility and revenue.
- Manage paid performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) with budget ownership and ROAS targets.
- Drive CRO initiatives including A/B testing, onboarding optimization, and checkout flow improvements.
- Collaborate with product, content, and merchandising to launch features and promotions that accelerate growth.
- Analyze data, build dashboards, and report insights to stakeholders to inform decisions.
- Own attribution modeling and measurement to optimize budget allocation across channels.
Qualification
- 5+ years in e-commerce growth or performance marketing with a track record of revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, display, and social advertising with measurable results.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, GA dashboards) and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or equivalent.
- Hands-on testing experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO) and experimentation mindset.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
