BrightCart is seeking an E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across our online store networks. This role blends data-driven marketing, SEO, paid media, and conversion optimization to scale our direct-to-consumer ecommerce presence.
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will partner with product, design, and engineering to drive scalable revenue and improve customer lifetime value. You will thrive in a data-driven environment and enjoy turning insights into action.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across paid, organic, email, and on-site channels to drive acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Own SEO strategy, technical audits, content optimization, and performance reporting to improve organic visibility and funnel efficiency.
- Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest), perform A/B testing, optimize landing pages, and allocate budget for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with product and design to optimize the checkout funnel, cart abandonment flows, and overall conversion rate.
- Analyze customer data and funnel metrics (cohort analysis, LTV, CAC) to identify opportunities and inform lifecycle email and retention campaigns.
- Implement and maintain the marketing tech stack, set up dashboards, and report KPIs to leadership.
Qualification
- 5+ years of ecommerce growth or performance marketing experience with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, CRO, and analytics (GA4, Data Studio).
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopify Plus, or other major ecommerce platforms; familiarity with CMS and product feeds.
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels; proven budget management and optimization skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and comfort with SQL or data querying tools.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to partner with product, design, and engineering across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or ecommerce-focused certifications a plus.
