NovaCart is seeking a results-driven E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager to lead performance and brand growth in Europe. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across channels to accelerate revenue and improve the customer journey.
Based in Berlin with a global footprint, you will own multi-channel growth initiatives across paid, organic, email, and marketplace partnerships, partnering with product, design, and analytics teams to deliver measurable impact.
Responsibility
- Define and execute a data-driven growth strategy across paid media, organic search, email, and marketplace channels to maximize revenue and ROI.
- Lead funnel optimization from acquisition through retention, including landing page CRO, A/B testing, and conversion analytics.
- Manage and optimize budgets across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, TikTok, affiliate networks, and marketplaces (Amazon, Zalando).
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics to launch campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Own weekly performance reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights to leadership; translate data into clear recommendations.
- Build and mentor a high-performing growth team or cross-functional squad; foster a culture of experimentation and rapid learning.
- Drive SEO strategy and on-site optimization to improve organic visibility and conversion performance.
Qualification
- 4+ years of e-commerce growth marketing experience, preferably in D2C or marketplace environments.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue with strong ROAS and CAC management.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (or other major e-commerce platforms), GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools; ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders; basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO) and experimentation frameworks; strong test-and-learn mentality.
- Excellent communication in English; German language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
