Responsibility
- Develop and execute an omni-channel e-commerce merchandising strategy across web, mobile, marketplaces, and social storefronts.
- Lead product content optimization including titles, descriptions, images, and rich media to boost discoverability and conversion.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Marketing to plan and launch seasonal campaigns, drops, and promotions.
- Analyze performance using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and internal dashboards; lead A/B tests and CRO initiatives.
- Manage merchandising calendar, pricing, promotions, and inventory alignment with supply chain and logistics teams.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve checkout flow, speed, and customer experience.
- Mentor a small team of merchandisers and coordinate with external agencies to execute high-impact programs.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or merchandising; hands-on with Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms.
- Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
- Proven track record of increasing online revenue through optimization, SEO, and content strategy.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, catalog management, and product content optimization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment and manage multiple priorities.
