Why you’ll love this role:

We’re a premium, data-driven retailer with a global footprint, committed to speed, quality, and experimentation. You’ll lead high-impact features from concept to launch, own success metrics, and directly influence revenue growth.

Responsibility

  • Define product vision and roadmaps for the e-commerce platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Translate business requirements into clear features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
  • Own backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release schedules to maximize value delivery.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to optimize product detail pages, search, navigation, and checkout flow for higher conversions.
  • Analyze funnels, conduct A/B tests, and monitor KPIs (conversion rate, average order value, CAC, retention) to drive improvements.
  • Coordinate with marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and analytics teams for successful launches and promotions.
  • Ensure platform performance, accessibility, and security while maintaining developer experience and DX.
  • Manage vendor integrations (payments, ERP, PIM, analytics) and maintain documentation.

Qualification

  • 3-5 years of e-commerce product management experience or equivalent, preferably with B2C brands.
  • Proven experience with Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or similar platforms; strong technical literacy.
  • Strong data analysis skills (SQL, GA4, Looker/BI tools) and experience running experiments (A/B tests).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across product, design, engineering, marketing, and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into actionable features and measurable outcomes.
