Join PT Jason Entertainment Indonesia as an E-Commerce Supervisor and take ownership of our online sales channels. In this role, you will oversee marketplace storefronts and livestream shopping events, drive traffic, optimize conversions, and build a scalable e-commerce operation that supports growth across Indonesia's vibrant online marketplace ecosystem. Based in Jakarta Barat, you will partner with marketing, product, content, and logistics teams to deliver a consistent brand experience and robust performance across platforms.
Your core mission is to manage and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory levels. You will monitor key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, GMV, and order fulfillment KPIs, and translate insights into actionable campaigns and process improvements. You will also lead live shopping sessions, coordinate with hosts and brands, and ensure a smooth, engaging customer journey from discovery to post-purchase support.
As a people leader, you will supervise a small team, provide coaching, set goals, and ensure cross-functional alignment. You will establish vendor relationships, negotiate agreements where appropriate, and collaborate with marketing to develop content, seasonal campaigns, and paid media plans that maximize reach and ROI. Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations across platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, and other regional marketplaces; manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog governance.
- Plan, execute, and optimize livestream shopping events to boost viewer engagement, conversions, and revenue.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, GMV, AOV, fulfillment metrics) and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Lead and develop a small e-commerce team; delegate responsibilities, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
- Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, supplier coordination, and pricing strategies to ensure product availability and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to craft compelling product content, SEO-friendly listings, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and brand consistency across channels; address escalations and uphold service level agreements.
- Oversee budget, reporting, and cross-functional alignment to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, e-commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or livestream commerce in Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of marketplace platform tools, seller dashboards, and listing optimization.
- Data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and basic analytics tools to track KPIs and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities; experience leading a small team.
- Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and content coordination.
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English; strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
