Luminary Entertainment Group is seeking a talented Entertainment Content Producer to join our creative team in Los Angeles. This role leads high‑impact video projects from concept through delivery, partnering with writers, directors, editors, and talent to create compelling content for multiple platforms.

As a core member of our production team, you will drive projects that entertain and engage audiences while aligning with brand and commercial objectives.
Responsibility
- Lead end to end production of original video content from concept through post production and delivery.
- Collaborate with writers, directors, editors, motion designers, and on screen talent to shape the creative vision.
- Develop and manage production schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Oversee post production workflow including rough cuts, edits, color, audio, and final deliverables across platforms.
- Coordinate with marketing and distribution teams to optimize content for social, streaming, and syndication.
- Ensure brand guidelines, legal clearances, rights management, and compliance throughout the production cycle.
- Pitch and develop new series ideas and formats aligned with company strategy and audience insights.
Qualification
- Bachelor or higher in film, media production, communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years in entertainment production or content creation, with a portfolio of video work.
- Proven ability to manage complex productions with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; willingness to travel if needed.
- Familiarity with licensing, rights management, and distribution considerations.
