We are seeking a creative and strategic Entertainment Content Producer to join our LA-based team. This role leads end-to-end content projects across film, television, and digital platforms, partnering with talent, creative leadership, and production teams to deliver high-impact experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.

Responsibility
- Develop and manage end-to-end content production calendars for multi-platform entertainment projects.
- Collaborate with creative directors, editors, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage external partners, freelancers, and vendors.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate talent engagement, casting processes, and on-site production logistics.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal approvals, and compliance standards.
- Analyze performance data and iterate on content strategy to maximize audience engagement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications or a related field.
- 5+ years of production, content development, or entertainment project management experience.
- Proven track record delivering multi-platform content on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Airtable) and video production workflows.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Portfolio or reel showcasing relevant entertainment projects.
- Knowledge of IP rights, licensing, and compliance considerations in media.
