We are seeking a Senior 3D Animator to elevate our character performances and cinematic sequences. You will collaborate with directors, rigging artists, and lighting teams to deliver high quality, production ready animations on tight timelines.

Responsibility
- Craft high quality character animations for productions using Maya or Blender, prioritizing timing, pose, and acting.
- Develop timing, rhythm, and posing to convey clear emotion and intent.
- Collaborate with Directors, Layout, and Lighting to plan and execute shot animations.
- Iterate and polish animation with feedback from leads and supervisors.
- Assist in rig evaluation and collaborate with Rigging team to optimize rigs for animation.
- Help maintain consistency across scenes and ensure continuity within sequences.
- Mentor junior animators, review their work, and provide actionable feedback.
- Help optimize animation pipelines for performance and memory efficiency.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Media Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional 3D animation experience in film, TV, or game animation.
- Mastery of Maya and/or Blender with strong understanding of animation principles and acting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing character performance, timing, and story.
- Experience with rigging fundamentals and collaboration with Rigging team.
- Proficiency in lighting, shading, and compositing to integrate animation into shots.
- Familiarity with Python scripting, MEL, or other pipeline tools and ability to adapt to production needs.
- Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
