Aurora Media Group is seeking a dynamic Entertainment Content Producer to join our creative team in Los Angeles. This role oversees end-to-end production for video and digital content across platforms, from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with writers, directors, editors, on-screen talent, and brand partners to craft compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences.

As a key driver of our content strategy, you will manage creative briefs, production schedules, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring high production value and on-brand storytelling. This position blends storytelling with logistics, budget stewardship, and analytical iteration to continually elevate our entertainment programming.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end production of entertainment content across formats, from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results.
  • Collaborate with writers, directors, editors, and on-screen talent to develop compelling narratives and visual concepts.
  • Own production calendars, budgets, contracts, location scouting, and vendor relationships while maintaining high creative standards.
  • Source, audition, and coordinate talent; secure locations, permits, and necessary clearances.
  • Ensure brand alignment, legal compliance, and consistency across platforms and campaigns.
  • Oversee post-production workflow, reviews, and final deliverables, including quality control checks.
  • Analyze performance metrics and audience feedback to inform future content strategy and improvements.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in video/entertainment production, with a proven portfolio of content creation.
  • Strong storytelling, scriptwriting, and concept development abilities.
  • Proficiency with production tools; working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; basic camera operations a plus.
