Join NebulaPlay Studios as a Game Streaming Producer and lead the live content that powers our next generation of multiplayer experiences. Based in Los Angeles with hybrid work options, this role blends creative direction, live production, and strategic partnerships to deliver engaging broadcasts across Twitch, YouTube Live, and other platforms.
In this role you will shape show concepts, coordinate with creators and internal teams, oversee technical production, and analyze performance data to continuously improve viewer experience and monetization opportunities.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end live streams including planning, scripting, and on-air execution.
- Partner with internal teams and external creators to develop engaging programming schedules.
- Oversee technical production including audio, video, overlays, and stream setup using OBS and Streamlabs.
- Manage on-air talent coordination, rehearsal, and direction to ensure consistent brand voice.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize retention and revenue.
- Ensure brand safety, accessibility, and quality across all streams.
- Build and maintain creator partnerships and sponsorship integrations to drive growth.
Qualification
- 5+ years in live production, streaming, esports, or related field.
- Proven track record growing live audiences on Twitch, YouTube Live, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with OBS, Streamlabs, and familiarity with editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal communication, on-camera presence, and storytelling ability.
- Experience negotiating creator partnerships and sponsorships.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive broadcast practices.
