- Lead a cross-functional team including on-air talent, editors, designers, and technical crew to deliver polished broadcasts.
- Design show formats, scripts, rundowns, and on-air graphics to maximize viewer retention and monetization.
- Own the technical stack: OBS/Streamlabs, video capture, encoding, overlays, and multi-camera workflows; ensure low-latency, high-quality streams.
- Collaborate with marketing and product to align content with brand messaging and product milestones.
- Manage sponsorships, partner integrations, and ad reads while maintaining authenticity and audience trust.
- Analyze live stream metrics and post-event reports; implement iterative improvements for future broadcasts.
- Mentor junior producers and interns; champion accessibility, inclusivity, and best practices in content creation.
Qualification
- Minimum 4+ years in live video production or streaming for games or entertainment.
- Proficiency with OBS Studio, Streamlabs, XSplit, and multi-camera production setups.
- Strong on-air presence, scripting, and storytelling capabilities.
- Experience managing streaming across Twitch, YouTube Live, and Facebook/Meta platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Streamlabs, YouTube Analytics, Twitch Analytics).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to lead under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of copyright, licensing, and brand safety considerations for live gaming content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Communications, or related field preferred.
