Join NebulaForge Esports, a fast-growing organization renowned for competitive excellence, innovative content, and world-class partnerships. We are seeking a proactive Esports Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, partnerships, and community initiatives across our roster of teams and creators.
In this role, you will partner with sponsors, coordinate activations at major tournaments, drive social media campaigns, and collaborate with production and game studios to deliver compelling brand storytelling across streams, videos, and events. The ideal candidate is data-driven, has a deep passion for esports culture, and can balance creative vision with measurable results.
What you’ll do is empower teams, creators, and fans to connect with NebulaForge through authentic experiences, innovative campaigns, and strategic storytelling. This is a full-time role offered in Los Angeles, CA with hybrid flexibility.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute the brand strategy across teams, content creators, and platforms, ensuring consistency and growth.
- Lead sponsorship outreach, proposal development, contract negotiations, and deliverable management.
- Plan and execute activations at live events and online tournaments, coordinating with marketing, production, and partnerships teams.
- Drive data-driven content campaigns across streams, YouTube, TikTok, and social channels, aligned with IP and licensing guidelines.
- Oversee influencer programs, creator partnerships, and affiliate initiatives to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze brand performance metrics, report ROI, and refine campaigns based on insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, agencies, and community partners to secure ongoing support.
Qualification
- 4+ years in esports marketing, sponsorships, or brand management with a proven track record.
- Strong understanding of the esports ecosystem, streaming culture, and major platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience planning and executing live and virtual activations and events.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Studio, Sprout).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
