Join NebulaForge Esports as a Community & Partnerships Manager in Los Angeles. You will drive fan engagement, cultivate sponsor activations, and lead innovative events that showcase our brand and teams.

In this role, you will collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and production to amplify our presence across Discord, Twitch, YouTube, and other platforms. You will own the content calendar, community guidelines, and day-to-day interactions with fans, teams, and partners.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute community growth strategies across Discord, Twitch, YouTube, and social channels to expand active fan engagement.
  • Build and manage partnerships with sponsors, teams, event organizers, and creators; negotiate activations and deliver measurable value.
  • Plan and execute online tournaments, community events, and experiential activations that reinforce brand loyalty.
  • Create and manage a dynamic content calendar; oversee social media, streaming clips, and community guidelines.
  • Analyze community metrics and campaign performance; provide actionable insights to marketing and product teams.

Qualification

  • 3+ years experience in esports marketing, community management, or related field.
