Join Zenith Esports Group as an Esports Marketing Manager and drive our brand in the fast-paced world of competitive gaming. This role blends marketing, partnerships, and event activation to reach millions of fans across streaming platforms, social channels, and live events. Based in Los Angeles, you will collaborate with teams, creators, and sponsors to build engaging experiences that elevate our presence in the esports ecosystem.
In this role, you will shape strategy, manage campaigns end-to-end, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and measurable impact.
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of integrated esports marketing campaigns across social, streaming, paid media, and influencer channels.
- Initiate and manage partnerships and sponsorships with teams, leagues, publishers, and brands.
- Plan and deliver compelling event activations at tournaments, studio streams, and fan meetups.
- Collaborate with content creators, editors, and producers to produce on-brand content that resonates with esports fans.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Oversee budget planning, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
- Lead cross-functional coordination with product, PR, and community teams to ensure consistent messaging.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in esports marketing, sports marketing, or digital marketing with measurable campaigns.
- Proven track record of successful partnerships and sponsorship activations.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset and proficiency with analytics tools (GA, social insights, CRM systems).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.
- Familiarity with major platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Twitter) and ad tech; willingness to travel.
