As a cornerstone of our marketing team, you’ll shape narratives, create high-impact campaigns, and elevate fan engagement through innovative activations, content, and partnerships.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive esports marketing strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels to increase brand awareness and fan engagement.
  • Lead partnerships with teams, players, events, and sponsors; manage activation campaigns and sponsorship deliverables.
  • Plan and execute esports events, tournaments, and content production (streams, VODs, behind-the-scenes) to drive audience growth.
  • Own community growth across social media, Discord, and forums; monitor engagement metrics and drive community sentiment.
  • Collaborate with product, creative, and production teams to craft compelling campaigns and assets that resonate with fans.
  • Analyze campaign performance using dashboards and analytics; optimize ROI and report insights to leadership.
  • Manage budgets, calendars, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Qualification

  • 4+ years of esports marketing or related digital marketing experience.
  • Deep understanding of esports ecosystems, leagues, teams, players, events, and fan culture.
  • Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
