We are a premier Esports organization fueling competitive play, entertainment, and community through world class content and partnerships. We are seeking a results driven Esports Marketing Manager to join our Los Angeles team and help scale our brand globally.
In this role you will shape campaigns, drive partnerships with teams and sponsors, and oversee integrated activations across streaming, social, and live events. You will partner with product, creative, and events teams to deliver experiences that engage players and fans, while measuring impact and ROI.
What you will own
Responsibility
- Develop and execute esports marketing strategies that drive awareness engagement and partnerships across North America and international markets
- Manage sponsor and partner programs including activations, rights, deliverables, and ROI tracking
- Lead event activations for live events, online tournaments, and streaming content with cross functional teams
- Create compelling campaigns across social, streaming platforms, influencers, and creator collaborations
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to produce assets briefs and performance dashboards
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize spend and response rates; report to leadership with actionable insights
- Build and manage relationships with teams, leagues, orgs, and vendors to expand opportunities
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
- 4+ years in esports marketing, partner management, or related field
- Proven track record of executing sponsorship activations and successful events
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with analytics tools, attribution, and ROI measurement
- Familiarity with streaming platforms (Twitch YouTube) and social media strategy
- Ability to travel up to 20 percent as needed
- Creative thinker with data driven mindset and project management skills
