PulseArc Esports is seeking a results-driven Esports Marketing Manager to lead brand storytelling, community growth, and sponsorship activations across Europe, with a strong focus on the German market. This role blends strategic branding with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
As a Marketing Manager, you will shape campaigns across social, streaming, content, and events; partner with creators and teams; and drive measurable growth in engagement, audience, and partnerships. Responsibility
- Develop and own end-to-end esports marketing campaigns across owned channels, events, and sponsorships.
- Grow and engage the community on social, streaming platforms, and in-game programs.
- Collaborate with partnerships to source, negotiate, and activate brand sponsorships and co-branded content.
- Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and performance reporting with data-driven optimizations.
- Coordinate event planning, activations, and operational support for tournaments and leagues.
- Lead influencer and creator relationships, ensuring compliant and high-quality content.
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and analytics to align on brand and performance goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Qualification
- 3+ years of esports marketing, community management, or digital marketing with a verifiable track record.
- Strong understanding of esports ecosystems, games, teams, events, and streaming culture.
- Proven experience with campaigns across social, content, influencer, and sponsorship programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, social insights, sentiment analysis).
- Project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and timelines.
- Creative thinker with a solutions-oriented approach and a passion for gaming culture.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with hybrid options.
