You will partner with sponsors, teams, game publishers, and platform partners to design campaigns that elevate our brand and deliver measurable ROI. This role blends strategic thinking with hands on execution, crafting campaigns that move the needle for growth, fan engagement, and sponsor value.
As a member of our fast paced marketing team, you will drive the end to end marketing lifecycle from discovery and creative brief to measurement and optimization. If you are passionate about esports, storytelling, and delivering premium experiences for both fans and partners, you belong here.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute end to end esports marketing campaigns, including sponsorships, product integrations, and influencer collaborations
- Manage partnerships with publishers, hardware sponsors, teams, and leagues; negotiate deals and track performance
- Plan and activate major events such as tournaments, studios, viewing parties, and community activations
- Create content strategy across social, streaming, and owned channels; oversee creative briefs and messaging
- Analyze campaign performance using metrics; optimize budgets and ROI
- Collaborate with product, growth, and community teams to align branding with user acquisition and retention
- Lead contract negotiations, sponsorship proposals, and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
- 4+ years in esports marketing, sponsorships, events, or related field
- Proven track record of securing sponsorships and activations with measurable ROI
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Strong project management and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Data driven marketing experience with analytics, dashboards, and reporting; proficiency in Excel or similar tools
- Deep knowledge of the esports ecosystem including leagues, teams, platforms, and streaming culture
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
