NovaPulse Esports is seeking a visionary Esports Marketing Manager to lead brand growth across Europe, with a strong Berlin presence. This role blends strategy, sponsorships, community activation, content collaboration, and live events to elevate our organization into a premier global esports brand.
As part of the Marketing team, you will craft and execute data-driven campaigns, manage partner relationships, and drive revenue through sponsorships and events. You will collaborate with product, content, and operations to deliver measurable impact and fan-first experiences.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end esports marketing campaigns across digital and live channels to grow brand awareness and fan engagement.
- Secure and manage sponsorships, partnerships, and influencer collaborations with clarity on KPIs and ROI.
- Plan and execute Berlin-based events, activations, and tournaments to drive participant growth and community loyalty.
- Lead content strategy in collaboration with video, social, and product teams to tell compelling brand stories.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using dashboards; translate data into actionable optimizations.
- Manage the marketing budget, forecast ROI, and ensure on-brand execution across all channels.
- Collaborate with product and growth teams to align messaging with product launches and updates.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 3+ years of esports, gaming, or sports marketing experience with a proven sponsorship track record.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with sponsors, agencies, and partners.
- Experience planning and executing live events and digital campaigns at scale.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools and marketing dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German fluency is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 20% and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
