PulsePlay Esports is seeking a dynamic Esports Marketing Manager to lead brand and campaign strategy across digital channels, live events, and partnerships in North America. You will collaborate with product, content, partnerships, and analytics teams to grow audience, enhance fan engagement, and drive revenue through sponsorships and experiential activations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about esports culture.
In this position, you will own end-to-end marketing campaigns, shape narratives around our teams and events, and nurture relationships with publishers, teams, influencers, and sponsors. You will also help craft creator programs and fan experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated esports marketing campaigns across digital channels, social media, content, and live events.
- Manage creator and influencer programs from onboarding to performance analysis and compensation.
- Lead brand storytelling through content production, sponsorship activations, and tournament branding.
- Plan and execute live event activations, broadcasts, and fan engagement experiences.
- Collaborate with product and analytics to define KPIs, track campaign performance, and optimize ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure on-time delivery.
- Build and maintain strategic partner relationships with publishers, teams, and sponsors.
- Drive community growth and retention via targeted CRM, loyalty programs, and community initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years in esports or gaming marketing, sponsorships, or brand partnerships.
- Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong knowledge of esports ecosystems, teams, leagues, and influencer networks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms, and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours across time zones.
