NovaPlay Media is seeking a results-driven Esports Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth and partnerships in the fast-paced gaming landscape. You will craft and execute integrated campaigns that engage fans, attract sponsors, and elevate our presence across leagues, teams, and platforms.
In this role, you will own the development of marketing strategies, manage sponsorships, oversee content programs, and collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to drive measurable impact.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive esports marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, fan engagement, and revenue.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage sponsorships and partnerships with teams, tournaments, platforms, and content creators.
- Plan and coordinate activations, livestreams, events, and cross-channel campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
- Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to define success metrics and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and performance reporting.
- Lead content calendar and production for social, streaming, and video that resonates with esports audiences.
- Build and nurture relationships with sponsors, agencies, and partners to unlock long-term growth.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience in esports or gaming marketing, partnerships, or events.
- Proven track record in delivering successful sponsorships and integrated campaigns.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with analytics and measurement tools to track campaign performance and ROI.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage competing priorities.
- Deep knowledge of the esports ecosystem, including leagues, teams, platforms, and content creators.
