NovaForge Esports is seeking a results driven Esports Marketing Manager to accelerate growth across partnerships, content, events, and community programs. This full time role is based in Los Angeles with hybrid options. You will partner with teams, publishers, sponsors, and content creators to expand reach and deepen fan engagement while delivering measurable business outcomes.
In this role you will collaborate with cross functional teams to develop integrated campaigns, activate partnerships, and manage event experiences from concept to on site execution. You will also own content calendars, performance tracking, and reporting to optimize ROI and fan value.
Responsibility
- Lead the planning and execution of esports marketing campaigns across leagues, teams, and creators to grow audience and revenue.
- Build and manage partnerships with sponsors, brands, and publishers from outreach to activation and measurement.
- Plan and oversee live events, activations, watch parties, and community meetups, including vendor coordination and on site logistics.
- Develop and maintain a robust content calendar for social media, streaming channels, and editorial assets.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; generate insights and drive data driven optimizations.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery and ROI.
- Foster a positive community around the brand through creator relations, user programs, and loyalty initiatives.
Qualification
- 3+ years in esports marketing, digital marketing, or related field with a track record of results.
- Demonstrated success in securing partnerships and sponsorships with brands and publishers.
- Experience planning and executing live events and activations in a fast paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executives.
- Data driven with proficiency in analytics tools, social insights, and basic spreadsheet skills.
- Experience with content creation, campaign planning, and cross channel marketing.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
