PulseForge Esports is a premium brand in competitive gaming, seeking a results-driven Esports Marketing Manager to elevate our presence across North America. This role blends strategy, partnerships, and creative execution to engage fans, attract sponsors, and grow our ecosystem.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will craft campaigns that energize our audiences, secure top-tier sponsorships, and drive measurable growth for players, teams, and properties under the PulseForge umbrella.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a holistic esports marketing strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
- Manage sponsorship negotiations, renewals, and activations with brands, publishers, and partners.
- Lead content strategy across Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord to maximize fan engagement.
- Plan and run live events, activations, and broadcast integrations at tournaments and studios.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize ROI, and report insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with product, creative, and partnerships teams to deliver compelling experiences.
- Oversee budget, vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination.
- Build and maintain a robust influencer and community program to accelerate growth.
Qualification
- 5+ years of esports marketing, sponsorship management, or related experience.
- Proven track record securing and activating sponsorships with brands or publishers.
- Strong knowledge of social, streaming, and community platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Reddit).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with event production, livestreaming, and data analytics tools.
- Ability to travel up to 20% and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
