Responsibility
- Develop and execute esports marketing campaigns across leagues, teams, events, and content platforms.
- Manage sponsorships and partner relationships, ensuring activation ROI and long-term value.
- Plan and coordinate live events, tournaments, qualifiers, and community-driven activities.
- Create and oversee content strategy across social, streaming, and in-game channels to maximize reach.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and experiences.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize campaigns for growth and efficiency.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships with a focus on quality and scalability.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of esports, sports, or entertainment marketing experience with a proven track record.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with experience in stakeholder management.
- Data-driven thinker proficient in analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, Excel) and campaign measurement.
- Deep understanding of the esports ecosystem, tournaments, streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube), and community trends.
- Ability to build partnerships, negotiate sponsorships, and activate brand activations.
- Willingness to travel for events and partner meetings as needed.
