PulsePlay Esports is seeking a dynamic Esports Marketing Manager based in Los Angeles to lead brand campaigns, sponsorship activations, and community growth across our competitive titles and events.
In this role, you will partner with teams, organizers, and creators to amplify reach, drive viewership, attendance, and revenue, and deliver measurable ROI through data-driven marketing strategies across social, streaming, PR, and events.
Key responsibilities include developing cross-channel campaigns, activating sponsorships, managing budgets, and building lasting relationships with players, organizations, influencers, and venues. You will also lead content creation, events, and performance analytics to optimize impact.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end Esports marketing campaigns across social, streaming, email, and PR channels
- Plan and manage sponsorship activations, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Build and maintain relationships with teams, players, organizations, influencers, and venues
- Coordinate live events, LANs, online tournaments, and community watch parties
- Create and manage a compelling content calendar (short-form video, streaming clips, editorial)
- Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report ROI to stakeholders
- Collaborate with product, sales, and partnerships teams to align brand strategy
- Grow and steward the community across platforms with a positive, inclusive culture
Qualification
- 4+ years in esports marketing, sports marketing, or digital marketing
- Proven track record of successful sponsorship activations and partner growth
- Strong knowledge of Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and core social platforms
- Excellent project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (GA4, Sprinklr, etc.)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to travel for events and shoots (up to 25-30%)
