Join Nebula Esports, a premier leader in competitive gaming and fan-first experiences. We are seeking an ambitious Esports Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing, partnerships, and community initiatives in the Los Angeles market.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for our teams, events, sponsorships, and digital content. You will partner with sponsors, creators, and platforms to deliver activations that drive engagement, revenue, and growth.
What you will do is to plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, while championing a fan-centric brand voice and data-driven decision making.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive esports marketing campaigns across leagues, teams, streaming channels, and social platforms.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage sponsorships and strategic partnerships with brands and organizations within the esports ecosystem.
- Plan and oversee live events, activations, tournaments, and fan experiences that drive engagement and revenue.
- Lead community management efforts, creator collaborations, and content strategy to grow the fan base.
- Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to deliver data-driven campaigns and optimize ROI.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure successful program delivery.
- Measure performance against KPIs, provide actionable insights, and report results to stakeholders.
Qualification
- 3+ years of esports marketing, gaming brand partnerships, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful sponsorships, activations, and ROI generation.
- Strong understanding of streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube Gaming) and social channels.
- Experience in event planning, community management, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and brand pitching skills.
- Data-driven with proficiency in analytics tools (GA, social listening, dashboards).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Travel flexibility up to 20% as required.
