NovaByte Gaming is seeking a visionary Esports Marketing Manager to lead our global brand initiatives in the competitive gaming space. This role blends strategic storytelling, sponsorship development, and fan-first activations to expand our reach across teams, leagues, creators, and fans.
As a cornerstone of our growth, you will partner with cross-functional teams to craft integrated campaigns, broker sponsorships, and deliver measurable results that elevate our brand in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive Esports marketing strategies across owned channels, partnerships, and live events.
- Build and manage sponsor relationships, negotiate deals, and deliver activation metrics.
- Plan and execute event activations, LANs, broadcasts, and viewership campaigns.
- Collaborate with content and production teams to create sponsor-ready content and assets.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize ROI with data driven insights.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and cross functional teams; report to Senior Marketing Leadership.
- Identify opportunities in emerging platforms, creators, and streaming partnerships.
Qualification
- 5+ years in esports marketing, gaming brand partnerships, or related field.
- Proven track record of executing successful sponsorships and live event activations.
- Strong network within teams, leagues, agencies, and creators.
- Excellent project management and cross functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
