As a full-time Marketing Manager, you will own end-to-end campaigns, collaborate with sponsors, and drive growth across our social channels, events, and content calendar.

Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, social media, email, and events.
- Manage sponsor and partner relationships, negotiating activations and deliverables to maximize ROI.
- Plan and oversee live events, online tournaments, and community meetups that strengthen brand loyalty.
- Create compelling content calendars, briefs, and performance reports to inform leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign data, extract actionable insights, and optimize strategies for growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with product, creative, and growth teams to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in esports marketing, gaming, or entertainment industries.
- Proven track record in sponsorship activations, partnerships, and event marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
