In this role you will partner with teams, content creators, and sponsors to craft compelling narratives, drive audience growth, and optimize ROI through innovative activation strategies.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute cross-channel esports marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue across Europe and beyond.
- Plan and manage activations for team launches, tournaments, and sponsor integrations.
- Lead content strategy, including social media, video, and creator partnerships to maximize reach and quality.
- Collaborate with product, events, and analytics teams to prioritize initiatives and measure impact.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships; report results to leadership with actionable insights.
- Build and nurture relationships with sponsors, teams, streamers, and media partners to create enduring partnerships.
Qualification
- 5+ years in esports marketing, sports marketing, or digital campaigns with demonstrated ROI.
- Strong understanding of esports ecosystems, teams, tournaments, and content economy.
- Experience with performance marketing, analytics, attribution, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, social platforms, content management, and analytics).
