We’re seeking a results-focused marketer who can translate audience insights into compelling campaigns, manage high-impact partnerships, and collaborate with product, events, and content teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibility
- Lead development and execution of esports marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage sponsorships, brand partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
- Plan and activate live and digital events, including tournament activations, viewing parties, and community meetups.
- Oversee content strategy across social, video, and streaming to drive fan engagement and brand affinity.
- Analyze campaign performance with dashboards and data-driven insights to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to align marketing with product launches and promotions.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery.
- Stay ahead of esports industry trends, competitive landscape, and platform algorithm changes to inform strategy.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in esports, gaming, or digital marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns and partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and vendor management skills.
- Experience planning and executing large-scale events and activations.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, BI dashboards) and campaign measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to tell compelling brand stories.
