We are seeking an innovative Esports Marketing & Partnerships Lead to accelerate growth, architect sponsorships, and deepen community engagement across leagues, teams, and creators.

You’ll partner with publishers, teams, and creators to craft integrated campaigns, activate events and activations, manage partnerships budgets, and measure impact using data-driven insights.

Responsibility

  • Lead development and execution of multi-channel esports marketing campaigns, including sponsorships, events, and creator programs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with brands, publishers, teams, and influencers to maximize reach and revenue.
  • Own end-to-end activation planning for tournament sponsorships, team partnerships, and community events.
  • Collaborate with product, content, and analytics teams to set KPIs, track performance, and optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Manage partnership budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-spec execution.
  • Oversee contract creation, approval workflows, and relationship management with partners.
  • Develop measurement frameworks and post-campaign analysis to demonstrate ROI to leadership and partners.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years in esports marketing, sponsorships, or digital marketing with proven ROI results.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with agencies, sponsors, and partners.
  • Experience planning and executing large-scale events and activations.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives and partners.
  • Knowledge of esports ecosystem, leagues, teams, and creators; passion for gaming.
