NovaPulse Esports is seeking a results-driven Esports Marketing & Partnerships Manager to lead brand activation, sponsorships, and fan growth across North America. This full-time role is based in Los Angeles with hybrid flexibility and opportunities to travel for major events.
You will own the end-to-end partner activation lifecycle, from outreach and negotiation to post-campaign analysis and ROI reporting. Collaborate with product, content, and events teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling and unforgettable fan experiences.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sponsorships with teams, publishers, and brands to drive revenue and audience growth.
- Plan, manage, and activate esports events, tournaments, and community activations.
- Negotiate partnerships, contracts, and deliverables; ensure on-time delivery and compliance.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across social, content, and influencer channels to amplify partnerships.
- Build and maintain activation playbooks, case studies, and KPI dashboards to illustrate ROI.
- Collaborate with product, content, and community teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across channels.
- Analyze performance data, generate insights, and present results to leadership.
- Support talent and team relationships, including ambassador programs and creator partnerships.
Qualification
- 4+ years in esports marketing, brand partnerships, or sports marketing.
- Proven track record in securing sponsorships and delivering successful activations.
- Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience with event planning and logistics for large-scale tournaments or events.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (GA, dashboards, social analytics).
- Deep knowledge of the esports ecosystem: leagues, teams, talent, streamers.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
