In this high-visibility role, you will architect data-driven campaigns, negotiate with partners, and collaborate with product, events, and content teams to maximize ROI across owned and partnered channels.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive esports marketing campaigns and sponsorship strategies across teams, events and digital channels.
  • Identify, pitch, and negotiate sponsorships and partnerships with brands in gaming, tech, and entertainment.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives with marketing, events, product, and content teams to drive activations and ROI.
  • Plan and execute live event activations at major tournaments and community events, including booth design, staffing, and on-site experiences.
  • Drive creator and influencer programs, content calendars, and streaming integrations across platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools; report insights and optimize future spend.
  • Maintain partnerships with publishers, studios, and organizers; manage contract terms and renewals.
  • Oversee budgets, timelines, and forecasts to ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years in esports marketing, sponsorships, or sports marketing with a proven track record.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Experience with streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube) and social media strategy; proficient in analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel to events up to 25-30% of the time; flexible scheduling.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms; data-driven mindset.
  • Leadership and project management skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for esports, gaming culture, and fan-first activations.
