PulseArc Esports is a premier competitive gaming organization, fueling growth through ambitious partnerships and innovative brand activations. We are seeking a data-driven Esports Partnerships Manager to lead sponsorships, drive creator collaborations, and orchestrate high-impact campaigns across our teams, events, and content network.
In this role you will collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and events teams to design and execute partnership strategies that amplify visibility, fan engagement, and revenue. Berlin-based with flexibility for occasional travel to events.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic esports marketing campaigns and sponsorship activations across leagues, teams, and tournaments.
- Identify, prospect, and close partnerships with brands aligned with our audience.
- Manage end to end activation plans including deliverables, timelines, and budget oversight.
- Lead relationship management with sponsors, talent networks, and agency partners.
- Collaborate with creative and product teams to produce compelling assets and content.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report ROI with recommendations.
- Plan and oversee on-site activations at events and livestreamed experiences.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years in esports marketing, sponsorships, or partnerships.
- Proven track record closing sponsorships and activating campaigns.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, or similar) and data-driven decision making.
- Fluency in English; German proficiency strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and to participate in occasional on-site events.
