We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Esports Partnerships Manager to lead sponsorship deals, brand integrations, and event activations. This role blends sales, marketing, and community engagement to elevate our teams and tournaments on a global stage.
Based in Los Angeles, this role offers hybrid flexibility and a path to influence product, content, and live events across multiple platforms.
Responsibility
- Develop and own the partnerships strategy across NA and global markets, aligning with brand goals and revenue targets.
- Identify, pitch, and close sponsorship deals with brands, agencies, and technology partners.
- Plan and execute high-visibility activations at live events, broadcasts, and digital campaigns.
- Manage partner onboarding, integration assets, and performance tracking with cross-functional teams (marketing, events, production).
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and measurement frameworks (ROAS, CM360) to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain a robust partner catalog, case studies, and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate on content partnerships, influencer programs, and co-branded content.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new revenue opportunities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; 5+ years in esports or sports partnerships.
- Proven track record closing multi-million-dollar sponsorships and managing complex contracts.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with brands and agencies.
- Experience planning and executing live events, broadcasts, and experiential activations.
- Data-driven mindset with familiarity in marketing analytics platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Global mindset with knowledge of compliance, rights management, and IP considerations in esports.
- Passion for esports, gaming communities, and a bias toward action.
