NovaArc Esports is seeking a dynamic Esports Partnerships Manager to lead sponsorship sales and strategic partnerships across live events, teams, and publishers. Based in Los Angeles with a hybrid, remote-friendly policy, you will activate high-impact campaigns that accelerate growth and brand presence in the competitive esports ecosystem.
You will own the end-to-end partnership cycle, from prospecting and deal structuring to activation and post campaign measurement. This role collaborates with Marketing, Events, Content, and Operations to design memorable activations that connect fans with brands in authentic ways.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end sponsorship sales cycles, including outreach, deck development, contract negotiation, and partner onboarding.
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with brands, teams, tournaments, and platforms within the esports ecosystem.
- Design and activate sponsor campaigns across events, live streams, social media, and in-game integrations, ensuring on-brand execution.
- Manage partner relationships as the primary point of contact, delivering regular performance updates and renewal/upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Events to craft compelling activation assets, briefs, and post-campaign reports.
- Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and optimize future partnerships through data-driven insights.
- Develop a robust sponsorship pipeline, maintain CRM data, and forecast revenue.
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance on contracts, budgets, and compliance; travel as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years in esports or gaming partnerships, sponsorship sales, or business development.
- Proven track record closing multi-sponsor deals and negotiating complex contracts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong project management.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data analytics to measure and optimize campaign impact.
- Willingness to travel up to 25-40% as needed.
- Deep passion for esports and solid understanding of current trends and players.
