NovaPulse Gaming is seeking a dynamic Esports Partnerships Manager to drive strategic brand partnerships and sponsorships across our teams, events, and content creators. This role blends business development, marketing strategy, and live event activation to elevate our presence in the fast-paced esports landscape.
You will own the full partnership lifecycle—from prospecting and outreach to proposal development, negotiations, and activation delivery. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to craft integrated campaigns that deliver measurable ROI and audience growth across streaming, social, and live events.
Ideal candidates combine a strong network in gaming brands with a data-driven mindset, executive communication skills, and the passion to advance esports as a premium entertainment category.
Responsibility
- Identify and secure sponsorships with brands aligned to our audience and values
- Create integrated activation plans across streaming, social, events, and content
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and partner relationship management
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for C-level partners
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and events teams to deliver on-brand activations
- Manage partnership budgets, forecasts, and ROI tracking
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and report insights
- Coordinate on-site activation logistics and post-event debriefs
Qualification
- 3+ years in esports marketing, sponsorships, or partnerships
- Strong existing network with brands, agencies, and publishers in the esports ecosystem
- Proven track record of negotiating deals and closing partnerships
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with executive-level presentation skills
- Data-driven with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and attribution tools
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and campaign management software
- Ability to travel up to 20% and work flexible hours for events
