We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Esports Partnerships Manager who can secure brand collaborations, activate sponsor programs, and drive revenue while delivering exceptional fan experiences across events and digital channels. Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue strategic sponsorships and partnerships with brands aligned to esports audiences.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end sponsor activation programs across events, content, and digital campaigns.
  • Lead contract negotiation, proposal creation, and partnership renewals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, events, and product teams to deliver compelling sponsor outcomes and ROI.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, agents, and sponsorship partners; report on performance metrics.
  • Plan and oversee event activations and influencer/content creator collaborations.
  • Track budget, forecast revenue, and provide data-driven insights for leadership.
  • Contribute to brand strategy and growth initiatives in the esports portfolio.

Qualification

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in esports, gaming marketing, sponsorships, or business development.
