Job description

Nova Arcadia Esports is seeking a Performance-Driven Esports Partnerships & Marketing Manager to spearhead sponsorships, partnerships, and brand initiatives across leagues, teams, and events. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to accelerate growth, elevate our brand, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

In this role you will partner with teams, publishers, and sponsors, design integrated campaigns for tournaments and content, and manage the full lifecycle of partnerships from prospecting to activation and post-event ROI analysis.

Responsibility

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with teams, sponsors, media partners, and platforms to drive revenue and brand visibility.
  • Lead sponsorship negotiations, contracting, and activation planning; manage budgets and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns for tournaments, content series, influencer activations, and social media.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Events, Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment and measurable ROI.
  • Plan and execute esports events and activations, including sponsor booths, experiential zones, and content capture.
  • Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize future activations; present ROI and learnings to leadership.
  • Develop and maintain a robust partner pipeline with quarterly revenue targets and growth opportunities.

Qualification

  • 5+ years in esports marketing, partnerships, or gaming brand management; proven track record with sponsorships and activations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with events, tournaments, content creation, and influencer partnerships.
  • Data-driven with familiarity using analytics tools and dashboards; ability to translate metrics into strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Ability to travel up to 25-30% and work flexible hours to support global events and launches.
