Join SINDA as an Executive for the Youth Division and lead impactful programs for Indian women and youth aged 7–35. In this contract role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, manage administrative workflows, and drive program delivery that empowers participants and strengthens communities. You will collaborate with schools, community partners, volunteers, and government and nonprofit stakeholders to design, implement, monitor, and report on initiatives that promote education, leadership, health, and social inclusion.
As an operations and program lead, you will ensure smooth program execution, accurate data management, and rigorous compliance with funding requirements. You will report to the senior program leadership and work closely with program coordinators, volunteers, and partners. A proactive, people-centered mindset, strong organizational skills, and a passion for youth development are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibility
- Lead the planning, coordination, and on-time delivery of SINDA youth programs for participants aged 7 to 35, ensuring quality and impact
- Oversee daily operations and administrative functions, including calendar management, documentation, data entry, and reporting
- Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and ensure compliance with grant terms and donor expectations
- Coordinate partnerships with schools, community organizations, volunteers, and internal teams; recruit and supervise program staff and volunteers
- Monitor outcomes, collect data, evaluate program effectiveness, and prepare progress reports for leadership and funders
- Ensure safeguarding, risk management, and quality assurance across all activities
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and community outreach to maximize participation and impact
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, nonprofit management, public administration, community development, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in youth development and community services; ability to design, implement, and evaluate programs
- Strong operational and administrative skills with experience in project management and process improvement
- Budget management, grant reporting, and experience with donor-funded programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to engage diverse communities
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or data management tools
- Ability to work in a contract/temporary role with adaptability, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
