Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and aligning VA Masters services.
- Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries, providing timely, professional responses.
- Coordinate onboarding and ongoing engagement with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
- Monitor engagement metrics and maintain accurate client data in the CRM; generate regular status updates.
- Identify opportunities to optimize services and, where appropriate, upsell relevant solutions.
- Collect and act on client feedback to continually improve programs and client satisfaction.
- Prepare clear communications, reports, and progress updates for stakeholders.
- Stay informed about community services and development initiatives to offer informed guidance.
Qualification
- Proven experience in client engagement, account management, customer success, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Filipino language skills are a plus.
- Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and accurate data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Self motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with community services or development work is a plus.
