Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive Farm Supervisor to lead our growing agricultural operations in Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Responsibility
- Lead daily farm operations including planting, irrigation, fertilization, pest management, and harvesting to achieve production targets.
- Supervise and mentor farm staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job training.
- Plan and schedule harvests, coordinate with post-harvest and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor input usage (seeds, fertilizers, chemicals) and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance; implement cost-control measures to maximize farm efficiency.
- Collect and analyze production data, track KPIs, and report progress to management for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to uphold product quality standards from field to store.
- Support sustainability initiatives and adoption of best practices for soil health and water management.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma; agricultural science or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in farm supervision or agricultural operations (2+ years).
- Strong leadership and team-management skills; ability to train and motivate staff.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of farm machinery, irrigation systems, pest management, and safety regulations.
- Good communication in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to seasonal demands.
- Physically capable of performing field tasks and lifting moderate weights.
