Join Lumière Atelier, a premier fashion house based in the heart of Manhattan, as our Fashion Brand Marketing Manager. You will craft and execute integrated marketing strategies that elevate our luxury voice, engage discerning customers, and drive revenue across our flagship store and eCommerce channels.
We seek a strategic, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and who can translate brand storytelling into performance across digital, social, PR, events, and retail activations.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing and collaborates with product, creative, and retail teams to deliver consistent, premium brand experiences.
Responsibility
- Develop and lead annual marketing strategy with clear objectives, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, PR, and events to amplify brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with product and creative teams to launch seasonal collections and drops with cohesive content and visuals.
- Manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and retail partners; negotiate terms and optimize spend.
- Analyze campaign performance, translate insights into action, and report ROI to senior leadership.
- Oversee content calendar and production, ensuring timely delivery of assets for campaigns and product launches.
- Plan and execute luxury fashion events, showroom activations, and press previews.
- Monitor brand health, competitive landscape, and consumer trends to inform strategy.
Qualification
- 5+ years in fashion marketing, brand management, or luxury retail marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of luxury branding, storytelling, and customer journeys.
- Proven success with integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present insights to executives.
- Ability to travel for events and showings; comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
