As the Marketing Lead, you will own the end-to-end marketing calendar, oversee content production, manage digital campaigns, and partner with studios, instructors, and ambassadors to amplify our message and drive measurable results.
What you’ll do:
- Own the marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to grow membership, engagement, and lifetime value.
- Lead content creation and editorial calendars for blog, video, social, and email campaigns that resonate with fitness enthusiasts.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns with a strong ROI focus.
- Collaborate with studio partners to develop events, challenges, and community programs that boost retention.
- Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable marketing improvements.
- Oversee brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage a small internal team and external partners (creatives, agency, influencers) to deliver high-quality assets on deadline.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with business goals and brand strategy.
- Produce engaging content across blogs, videos, social posts, and emails that educates and motivates the audience.
- Manage paid media campaigns, track performance, and optimize budgets for impact.
- Coordinate events, partnerships, and studio collaborations to grow the community.
- Monitor brand health and adapt messaging to market trends and member feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and fitness staff to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team and external partners.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of fitness or consumer brand marketing experience, with demonstrated ROI.
- Proven track record in content creation, social media, SEO, and email marketing.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a passion for fitness and community-building.
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and communicate impact to leadership.
- Experience in events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations is a plus.
